In this fast modern age people are increasingly preoccupied with his work, so often lack the time for family, relatives, friends, and even just to prepare food. This makes fast-food restaurants grow with fast and develop rapidly. This is advantageous because rapid presentation and can eat on the way though so it saves time. The question is whether fast food is healthy enough for us to consume each day ?

Several types of fast food contain lots of saturated oils and butter which originated during the manufacturing process, which increased the levels of cholesterol. Additionally fast food is usually low in protein, vitamins, and fiber. Fast food restaurant also serves meat ingredient which inhibits the absorption of calcium in the body and can accelerate the occurrence of osteoporosis. These types of foods fast foods that are often referred to as junk food 

Shifting patterns of eating fast food 

As peoples awareness of health and health promotion is also supported by various media the habit of eating fast food began to shift. It also makes a fast food restaurant to provide another option in their fast food menu options. For example, a hamburger can be ordered without bread, fruit and yogurt are included on the menu, as well as the restaurant provides a choice of fresh vegetable salad with chopped ham, roast beef or chicken. These are things that good because by giving consumers an entirely new selection and variety will encourage them to visit the restaurant again. 

People can choose to eat foods that are healthy or unhealthy. Time and availability of healthy choices are no longer a problem for people trying to eat better and healthier.
