When go out to dinner, did you ever imagine that the average evening meal menu contains more than 1000 calories? It is not good for your health, especially for those who are running the diet program. It would be better if we start to choose a dinner menu for our own health.

Here are 6 tips to choose healthy dinner

1) Don’t order appetizers, if not necessary.
Appetizers actually have more calories and fat than the main dish. In addition many appetizers are fried and served with a sauce that too much intake of saturated fat and calories. This is not a healthy dinner menu. If you still want to eat appetizers, ask to have the sauce served on a separate plate so they can control the amount.


2) Choose salad

3) Don’t drink alcoholic beverages
